JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Senior Security Specialist, you will play a critical role in leading the successful delivery of security system projects for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain excellent customer relations, includes prompt response to customer requests and maintaining frequent customer contact.
  • Performance of service calls and break fix activities when required or as work schedule dictates. Documentation of all activities and reporting to Service Team.
  • Must agree and adhere to the On-Call schedule, where you will be expected to be available for service calls after hours for one week at a time based on the schedule.
  • Verify field installations are properly executed, following industry and CTCI standards.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and promptly resolve.
  • Assist in punch list creation for installation team if required.
  • Manage small installation projects as the Director of Security Operations sees fit.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
