AUDIO VISUAL
- Total number of rooms: 143
- Room types include Booth, Focus, Huddle, Medium Conference Room, Large Conference Room, Boardroom, Large Collaboration Room, Small Collaboration Room, Mother's Room, Trophy Case, Social Hub, Digital Signage, Reception, and MPR.
- Technology meetings were held once per week.
- Subcontractor meetings occurred once per week.
- Site visits occurred two to three times a week.
- Cable infrastructure was installed in all the Conference rooms.
- All rooms are self-contained.

IT
- Total of 7 IDFs: two per floor (West/East) plus one on the Concourse level.
- 98 fiber strands ran from Building Two to Building One.
- 24 strands of fiber were run from the 5th floor East IDF to each IDF
- Network cables linked IDFs to WAPs (Wireless Access Points), AV conference rooms, floor boxes, schedulers, outdoor WAPs, security cameras, and panels.
- All cables were terminated, certified, and labeled.
- Installed four racks and cable trays in each IDF.
Sound Masking
- Speaker cabling run from locations to IDFs across all floors.
- Speakers and system amps installed and tested.
- Zones adjusted to appropriate decibel levels.
DAS
- DAS headend equipment installed in 5E IDF.
- Fiber connected to remotes, GPS antenna, and all cables installed and terminated.
- Antennas set up on all three floors.
- System tested before activation.
- Verizon service provided.
Security
- Cameras placed, tested, and programmed on every floor.
- Access control included mag locks, electric hinges, push bars, and card readers.
- Emergency push-to-release, motion sensors for exit, and key switches installed.
- Security panels, including panic buttons, installed in all IDFs and the Concourse.
