With a fresh lease on life, Central Reach was determined to provide its employees with the best setting for not only collaboration, but overall productivity and comfort. This 26,615-square-foot office space in Holmdel, NJ is the perfect place to call home in true style. This project provided a great fit-out construction opportunity within their existing office spaces to ensure they could make their vision a reality. As all 300-plus employees of Central Reach operate on a fully remote basis, providing them with the perfect space to interact and communicate between teams without actually being present was a complex scope of work that needed carefully planning and design. To transform this creative vision into an executive workspace reality, all partners involved had to get creative and think outside the box. A 13,000 square-foot area was designated and outfitted with top-of-the-line unified collaboration technology available for communication support which means no employee is ever too far away for a video conference call or check in with their colleagues. With this unique hybrid layout, employees are afforded more flexibility and opportunities to work collaboratively from everywhere.
